Registration:
       No registration needed. Come and enjoy.

 

Entrance to the Exhibitor and Speaker Halls:

      The Exhibitor and Speaker Halls are located at the main entrance of the fairgrounds (Alan Turner Building). This building is facing the large parking lot of the fairgrounds.

 

Exhibitor and Speaker Halls:

       The Exhibitor and Speaker Halls are in separate buildings.  Attendees will enter the main entrance of the Exhibitor Hall and exit out the back of the building to the Speaker Hall.

 

Convention Fee:
       The event cost is $3.00 per Adult ticket (18 years and older). This fee is paid upon Check-In. Children and Infants are free. Families may come and go from the fairgrounds. Have your ticket ready to show the representatives as you come back in the convention center, so you are not charged an additional fee.

Free Convention Bags:
       
The Free Convention Bags will be given at the "Welcome Station" at the main entrance of the fair grounds (Alan Turner Building).


Free Catalog Station:
      The Catalog Station has free vendor catalogs, home school magazines and newspapers and DVD Demos. These items will be taken quickly, so be sure to see this station before you shop.
  

 Exhibitors:
    The Exhibitors will be selling a wide variety of curricula, DVD and online courses, supplemental materials, educational toys, books, music and more. Informational Exhibitors will include co-op’s, support groups, universities and others. Our website will host a growing list of exhibitors.

** Due to our overwhelming response from exhibitors we will not be able to accommodate used book sales at this Convention.


Lectures and Workshops:
      There will be a workshop for “First-time” home educators, directed by a home school consultant, Pat Daniels. For all home educators a variety of lectures and workshops will be available to educate and encourage you. 

Dining:
    Bottled Water will be available throughout the day. Chick-Fil-A will be available from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M.

Free Parking:
     There is free parking in front, back and the side of the Fairgrounds.

ATM

For your convenience, an ATM will be available. The Staff at the "Welcome Station" will be able to tell you where to locate it.
